HMW Twintake - Performance Air Filter Box

The HMW Twintake is a performance air filter box for the Classic Mini -  suitable for A Series engines running an SU HS4, HIF38, or HIF44 carb. The HMW Twintake is a direct replacement for the standard Classic Mini airbox. 
 
When paired with a performance filter element, such as K&N, the Twintake offers considerable performance gains over the standard intake setup due to the larger volume of air that is able to flow through the twin snorkels. The enclosed filter design also means that the induction noise is not obnoxious for day to day driving, while still offering a lovely induction sound and really coming to life under load. Warning: The sound under load is addictive. 
 
During extensive testing both on the road and on the dyno, the Twintake outperformed the Standard Intake Setup, the Standard Airbox with K&N filter, and a K&N Cone Filter, providing increased power and torque throughout the rev range. 
 
The Twintake is manufactured in a durable, carbon fibre composite material, and includes 2x custom knurled filter box nuts. 
 
The HMW Twintake is a stylish and effective upgrade over a standard air box or cone-style air filter.
